Our jewelry is very delicate and can tangle. If a drop or charm will not fall into place, please gently shake until it returns to its proper position. Please use a soft cloth that is suitable for vermeil/ gold finishing for gentle spot cleaning or seek professional cleaning with your local jeweler.
